MetaPhase Named NVTC Tech100 Company; Magnus DiStefano Recognized as Rising Star

MetaPhase was named a 2025 NVTC Tech100 Company, and Forward Deployed AI Engineer Magnus DiStefano was recognized as a Tech100 Rising Star by the Northern Virginia Technology Council.

RESTON, VA – December 15, 2025 – MetaPhase today announced that it was named a 2025 NVTC Tech100 Company by the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC). In addition, Magnus DiStefano, a Forward Deployed AI Engineer at MetaPhase, was recognized as a Tech100 Rising Star, honoring emerging leaders making a meaningful impact across the region’s technology community.

The NVTC Tech100 awards recognize companies and individuals driving innovation, growth, and leadership across the Greater Washington technology ecosystem. Honorees are selected based on their contributions to technology advancement, business performance, and community engagement.

As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, Magnus works directly with mission teams to design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions in complex, real-world environments. He is a core developer of ChallengeAI™ by MetaPhase and has supported deployments across multiple federal agencies, most recently working with the Department of Education. His work spans the full stack, from user-facing applications to backend services and AI models, with a focus on translating emerging technology into practical, operational capability.
