MetaPhase Leaders Recognized by OrangeSlices for Engage 150 Awards
RESTON, VA – November 19, 2025 – MetaPhase today announced that three of its leaders were recognized by OrangeSlices through its Engage 150 Awards for their impact across federal civilian and national security missions. Brett McLaren, Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder of MetaPhase, and Brian Funk, Chief Technology Officer of MetaPhase, were named to the “Engage Federal Citizen Services 150,” while Matt Treadgold, Vice President for National Security at MetaPhase, was recognized as part of the “Engage National Security and Enforcement 150.”

Awardees were recognized during the OrangeSlices Engage awards event held on November 19, 2025, at Guinness Open Gate Brewery in Baltimore, Maryland. The event brought together leaders from across the federal technology ecosystem to celebrate connection, collaboration, and mission-driven impact.
