RESTON, VA – November 19, 2025 – MetaPhase today announced that three of its leaders were recognized by OrangeSlices through its Engage 150 Awards for their impact across federal civilian and national security missions. Awardees were recognized during the OrangeSlices Engage awards event held on November 19, 2025, at Guinness Open Gate Brewery in Baltimore, Maryland. The event brought together leaders from across the federal technology ecosystem to celebrate connection, collaboration, and mission-driven impact.
“These recognitions reflect the kind of leadership we value at MetaPhase,” said Fred Costa, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of MetaPhase. “We’re grateful to OrangeSlices for recognizing leaders who show up consistently, build trust, and deliver results.”
Brett McLaren and Brian Funk were recognized for their leadership supporting federal civilian agencies, where they have focused on modernizing digital platforms, improving service delivery, and helping agencies move from ideas to operational capability. Matt Treadgold was recognized for his leadership across MetaPhase’s national and homeland security portfolio, supporting mission partners across the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, and Department of State.
