MetaPhase Awarded Position on MDA SHIELD IDIQ

RESTON, VA - January 26, 2026 – MetaPhase is pleased to announce it was awarded a contract for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling of $151B. This contract encompasses a broad range of work areas that allows for the rapid delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter with increased speed and agility.

The SHIELD contract vehicle is designed to support MDA’s mission by enabling rapid access to innovative technologies and capabilities through a flexible, scalable contracting approach. The vehicle supports a wide range of technical and mission-focused domains and is intended to promote competition, speed, and adaptability across evolving defense requirements.
