National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) VI is a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) administered by NASA that provides Federal Executive Agencies with streamlined access to IT products, standalone IT services, and enterprise and mission-based IT solutions. MetaPhase supports agencies through SEWP VI with flexible procurement options across Firm-Fixed Price, Time-and-Materials, and Labor Hour contract types.
Fair Opportunity
SEWP VI is a multiple-award contract. Per FAR 16.505(b)(1), each Contract Holder is given fair opportunity to be considered for every order above the micro-purchase threshold. Orders are awarded at the discretion of the ordering agency's Contracting Officer, typically through the NASA SEWP online Request for Quote (RFQ) and Quote Request Tool (QRT).
SEWP Categories
- Category B, Enterprise-Based IT Services: enterprise-wide approaches to improving ITC/AV infrastructure, including cloud, managed, and shared services.
- Category C, Mission-Based IT Services: mission-based ITC/AV services such as engineering, data processing and analysis, hosting, and cybersecurity and security systems services.
